but today, I realized that I should not get used to reading them.

Most of the time, technical details are presented to us at work using slides or documents whose ideas are presented using bulleted simple, straight-to-the-point phrases. Now that I’m back to reading technical books, which present ideas using paragraphs following the usual introduction-body-conclusion/summary format, I find myself becoming restless as I search for the main point (and the sample code) of the paragraphs. The impatience to get to the simplified core distracts me to the point that I cannot finish reading a single page. >.<
