Smart.fm for the win!

January 2, 2010

Finally checked out smart.fm (came highly recommended by officemate ^_^). Currently having 5 language goals, with Japanese as the top priority, of course.

Got so hooked on the fun quizzes that I forgot what I was supposed to do for today. I really need to improve on not being distracted from the day’s goals. Tsk tsk.

Anyway, going back to smart.fm, here are the Kanji characters that I’ve missed in the Japanese Core 2000: Step 1 quiz (note to self: review these Kanji as these are Level 4 and I’m supposed to be in Level 3 @_@ ):
kimeru – decide
kangaeru – think
kanjiru – feel/sense
majime – serious
sawai – racket
hiza – knee?
itami
issatsu – 1 book (counter)
ikite iru – living one’s life

ichi nin ichi nin – one by one
ippan deki – general
